In this PERSONAL DATA HANDLING STANDARD , references to “we” or “us” are to PT Arthaasia Finance (‘Asia Finance’), a company incorporated in Indonesia whose registered office is at Kencana Tower 5th Floor, Business Park Kebon Jeruk, Jl. Information about your payment
When your credit application already agreed and signed by both parties (Asia Finance & Customer) and credit status in the system is ‘GO Live’, automatically we will record your data regarding the installment payment, such as payment date, payment channel, payment amount, day past due, collection activity report and your collectability rating.
Information regarding your collection status
As required by Financial Authority Rule, periodically once a month we will report your personal data and you collectability data to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) through SLIK System. We will report until your credit status in Asia Finance is ‘Paid off’ or ‘Lunas’. Please be aware that your data might be use also by other Financial Institution for their own use as long as permitted by OJK. In case any dispute from you about the content of data that we reported, you can submit your complain to the contact information stated in this document below.
Our communication with you.
When you send us an email, telephone, or other communication, or through our social media, we may register your communication with us. When you contact us, our customer service will register your questions, complaints, needs, or other purpose in our database.
