2. Household Register and Marriage Certificate
3. Land and Building Tax/Notarial Sale & Purchase Agreement (AJB)/Freehold Certificate (SHM) of applicant/Electricity Account (for the last 3 Months)
4. Payroll/Decree of Original Income (Employee)
5. Business License (SIUP)/Company Registration Certificate (TDP)/SKU/Business deed (Entrepreneur)
6. Practice License (Professional)
7. Savings Account of the last three months
Credit Requirements for Business Entity:
1. Deed of Establishment and its amendments along with the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights
2. Identity Cards of Board of Directors, Commissioners & Shareholders
3. SIUP, TDP, NPWP and SKDP
4. Current Account of the last 3 months
5. Financial Report of the last 2 years
