In line with the issuance of the Republic of Indonesia Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 61/POJK.07/2020 concerning Alternative Institutions for Financial Services Sector Disputes. We hereby inform you that effective as of 01 January 2021 Dispute Resolution in the Financial Services Sector outside of Court is carried out by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution – Financial Services Sector (LAPS-SJK).
